OUR MISSION
Network, educate, and form advocates for social justice animated by the spirituality of St. Ignatius of Loyola and the witness of the Jesuit martyrs of El Salvador and their companions.
Network News:
In February, ISN's virtual Arrupe Leaders Summits invited emerging high school student leaders attending Jesuit and other Catholic schools across the U.S. to deepen their understanding of “a faith that does justice."
Called by an Ignatian faith that does justice, the Brophy College Prep Native American Club ran 188 miles to Oak Flat, a site sacred to the San Carlos Apache and other tribes, under threat by attempts to mine a vast copper deposit directly under the site.
An old-school game of M.A.S.H. serves as a reminder of the power of the stories we tell, particularly as parents guiding our children to imagine, tell, and live their authentic stories.
Homeboy Industries serves as the foundational rung of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs that catapults young adults to the university experience they were destined for.
We are called to turn inward—personally, and as members of the Catholic Church—to examine and call out injustice, and to turn outward, to follow the lead of those who lead the way toward holding our Church and our society accountable.
